General Camp/Classes Information

WHBPAC Donors have priority registration (to become a donor, call 631.288.2350, ext. 121).

General Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.

Class sizes and camp sizes are limited.

Schedules, instructors and fees are subject to change.

Fees are non-refundable; however, if a class or camp program is cancelled because of insufficient enrollment, tuition will be refunded in full.

WHBPAC reserves the right to cancel classes or camp programs and assumes no liability whatsoever beyond the refund of tuition for said classes or camps.

Limited scholarship aid is available for most programs. Please request scholarship paperwork from Cheryl Wheeler, 631.288.2350, ext. 102.

All students must complete and submit WHBPAC release and commitment forms before classes and camps begin. Students will not be allowed to attend class or camp without completed paperwork.

Seating Policy

Main Stage Performances: No one under 6 years of age will be admitted.

Children's/Family Performances: No one under 3 years of age will be admitted (unless otherwise indicated).

No infants please.

No strollers or car seats permitted in the Mollie Parnis Auditorium.  

All performances begin promptly at scheduled times. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.  

Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. There are No Refunds or Exchanges.  

Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and be able to sit through the performance so as not to disrupt the enjoyment of others.

General Information

Patrons in need of special assistance, wheelchair seating, or an assistive listening device should notify Box Office personnel when purchasing tickets.

No food or beverages allowed in the auditorium.

Cameras, camera phones, and all recording devices are strictly prohibited.

Gift certificates are available for purchase at the Box Office.
