Annual Donor:

By becoming an annual donor your name will be listed in our playbill on an annual basis (more than 27,000 playbills were printed this past season!)

The Donor Circles:

The Donor Circles allow supporters to contribute securities* or cash over a FIVE-YEAR period.  Each Circle member enjoys the following with their FIVE YEAR commitment:

  • Your name listed perpetually in WHBPAC playbill
  • Opportunity to name a room, a seat or other elements of the building, including a 12 x 12 engraved granite square on the Walk of Fame in front of the theatre
  • Participation in Circle Members only events.

Planned Giving

Philanthropy has played and continues to play a vital role in the success of this Performing Arts Center. A critical philanthropic goal is to ensure the future of the Center and the presentation of the finest performing arts, arts education programs, and the maintenance of the facility in accordance with the highest professional standards.

Tribute Gifts

An honorarium is a contribution to the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center in honor of a friend or family member to celebrate occasions such as an anniversary, birthday, Mother’s Day, graduation or any joyful event. It is a wonderful way to recognize an outstanding person by making a meaningful gift in their honor.

A memorial gift is made in memory of a loved one. It is a most thoughtful way to celebrate a life while expressing sympathy to a family for their loss.

We will send an appropriate card to the person you are honoring, or to the family of the deceased informing them of your generosity, and you will receive a grateful acknowledgment of your gift.
