Our second series of all things opera!
This open conversation series has been such a hit that we are going to take you on a journey around the world and see how opera has affected many different countries! Perfect for beginners to lifetime fanatics!
Broaden your knowledge of opera through a series of multi-media presentations and discussions in WHBPAC’s Gallery/Lounge, Sundays from 2pm to 3pm:

All tickets are $12*, but purchase the Act 2 Opera Diva/Divo Discussion Pass for $30* for all three multi-media presentations. Champagne and other beverages will be available for purchase at all presentations. All ages welcome!
American mezzo-soprano Alexandra Fee (M.Mus., Opera Performance, University of Toronto) is an advocate for community engagement with classical music. Passionate about helping enthusiasts and non-professionals feel more welcome in the classical music world, Alexandra believes her experiences have formed her dedication to celebrate the art form while progressing it for new audiences.
Her recent operatic performances include roles such as Julia Child in Lee Hoiby’s Bon Appétit!, Cherubino in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro, Ottavia in Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea, Mother Marie of the Incarnation in Poulenc’s Dialogues of the Carmelites, Cecilia March in Adamo’s Little Women, and Mrs. McLean in Floyd’s Susannah. Her musical and operetta engagements include performing as Countess Charlotte Malcolm in Sondheim’s A Little Night Music and the title role in Gilbert and Sullivan’s Iolanthe.
