This stylish self-guided tour may begin at any of its spectacular locations as participants flow seamlessly from house to house. With stunning ocean views, breathtaking landscapes and exquisite decor, these remarkable homes and properties showcase the full range of beauty and architecture on the East End. A delightful lunch at the Westhampton Beach Country Club is included for those purchasing the Full-Day package.
About this year’s houses:
- The interior is classic design, with views of Moriches Bay, using traditional architectural
elements that were custom designed for this project. The furnishings are
a mix of American antiques and contemporary pieces. The pool area was created
with the color scheme of cobalt blue hydrangea and young spring green grasses…
which marries beautifully with the landscape.
- This 100+ year old, hexagonal, Mediterranean Revival, stucco house with a barrel
tile roof overlooks the prominent croquet lawn at the entrance to the grounds.
The landscape design creates a sense of generous spaciousness. The two-acre
property features a 50 foot swimming pool, tennis court, guest cottage, garage
and ‘allee’ of 14 Bradford pear trees and two ‘follies’.
- The waterfront views from the Living Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom are exquisite. Unique artwork, glassworks and antiques make this home warm, inviting and one-of-a-kind.
The pool with outdoor dining and boat slip create the perfect Hamptons atmosphere.
- This quiet cul-de-sac provides the perfect water views. The house was built to
capture light and beautiful bayside sunsets are enjoyed from the decks. This
well-curated home has built in areas for unique collections that the owners have
amassed over the years. The open wall wine cellar which becomes the bar wall
adds that special touch.
- This platinum certified LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
home has an amazing array of bells & whistles while leaving the smallest carbon
footprint possible. From air filtration to pool filtration to the compost in the organic
garden no detail has been ignored. The pool house will provide a comfortable
space for your guest overflow. With extensive water and wetlands, this ‘green’
house will surely delight.
