BEFORE THE SHOW
In the same email, details will be sent about which entrance you will come through, and at which time you will be allowed in. Please familiarize yourself with these details.
AT THE SHOW
If you are feeling ill, DO NOT COME TO THE THEATRE. If you have been mandated to quarantine by a health authority, DO NOT COME TO THE THEATRE. Call Allison at 631-288-2350, ext. 102 before the show starts to receive a box office credit for your tickets.
All persons over the age of 2 on the premises must wear a mask at all times, unless actively drinking. Failure to abide by this rule will result in your removal from the theatre without refund.
When you arrive for the show at your designated time, please go to your designated entrance. If there is a line, keep six feet away from the patron in front of you, and please be patient.
Please have your e-ticket, whether on paper or phone, at the ready. Our ticket taker will scan your e-ticket and direct you from there.
The bar will not be open. The only consumable allowed in the theatre is bottled water.
Once seated, please remain in your seat unless you need to use the restroom. Be mindful of where other people are, and be careful to maintain social distancing.
AFTER THE SHOW
Please stay in your seats at the end of your show. Patrons will be dismissed in an orderly fashion based on row and section in order to coincide with the dismissal of performers.
We understand that there are a lot of changes to your experience here at the WHBPAC. With your cooperation, we can continue to have safe and fun events in our theatre.
PURCHASING TICKETS
When purchasing tickets online, you will not be shown a seating chart. Instead, it will look as if you are purchasing a general admission ticket. All seats will be assigned after purchase by Box Office staff in order to maintain social distancing. Assignments will be made based on the order in which ticket orders are received, within the section reserved for your performer’s program. Please recognize that a lot of the seating will be done in order to accommodate social distancing rules for dismissal.
All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. After you purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to you. Do not print the e-ticket in this first confirmation. After the Box Office staff has moved you, a second order confirmation containing your seat assignments will be emailed to you. Please print or save on your phone the e-tickets from this second confirmation.
