Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center

Bravo Pass

The Bravo Pass is our way of honoring the extraordinary service of first responders, active-duty military personnel, and veterans. This special program provides access to free tickets for select performances and screenings presented by WHBPAC throughout the year.

While we would love to extend this benefit across every performance, contractual obligations with certain artists prevent us from doing so. Instead, we carefully curate a selection of shows where Bravo Pass holders can take advantage of these exclusive opportunities.

Who is it for?

This program is available to:

  • Military Service members (active duty, reserve, retired and former members of the US Army, US Navy, US Marines, US Air Force, and US Coast Guard)
  • Police officers
  • Firefighters and EMTs (active duty and retired including paid and volunteer members)
  • Nurses
  • Nursing home residents
  • Southampton Town residents

What are the benefits to registering for a Bravo Pass?

As part of the program, military service members, police officers, firefighters, and EMTs will be offered free tickets for themselves and one guest to select performances throughout the year. Nurses, nursing home residents, and town residents will be offered a free ticket for select performances throughout the year.

Why do we do it?

At Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center, we believe the arts are for everyone. The Bravo Pass allows us to celebrate service, strengthen community bonds, and expand access to live performance. By honoring those who safeguard, heal, and uplift our communities, we ensure our mission extends beyond our stage and into the lives of those who inspire us daily. This initiative also fulfills part of WHBPAC’s Public Benefit Agreement with the Town of Southampton in connection with our funding from the Community Preservation Fund (CPF).

How do I get a Bravo Pass?

Simply complete the registration form embedded on this page. Once your information is verified, your Bravo Pass will be added to your WHBPAC account. By signing up for the Bravo Pass, you agree to the fine print.

If you do not yet have a WHBPAC account, one will be created for you by Box Office staff after you register. After receiving confirmation that the pass has been registered to your new account, you can use the “forgot password” or “reactive your account” utility with the email address you used to register.

How do I obtain tickets?

About a week before an eligible performance, WHBPAC will email all Bravo Pass holders with details on the show. Once you select your tickets and log into your WHBPAC account, your cart will automatically reflect the Bravo Pass pricing. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to act quickly once the email arrives.

The Fine Print

Registration in the Bravo Pass program is offered to military service members (active duty, reserve, retired, and former members of the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marines, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Coast Guard), police officers (active duty and retired), firefighters and EMTs (active duty and retired, including paid and volunteer members), nurses, nursing home residents, or town residents. WHBPAC may limit or pause the issuance of new passes if demand exceeds program capacity.

All Bravo Pass offers are subject to availability. Pass holders who are military service members, police officers, firefighters, or EMTs will receive ticket offers for themselves and one guest per select performance. Pass holders who are nurses, nursing home residents, or town residents will receive ticket offers for one ticket per select performance. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis; once the allotted tickets for a performance have been distributed, additional complimentary or discounted tickets may not be available. WHBPAC provides these tickets only as permitted under our contracts with the performers, and there is no guarantee of future availability.

The Bravo Pass itself may not be transferred to another person. However, tickets purchased or received through the pass may be transferred in accordance with New York State law. Tickets may not be resold for more than their original purchase price. If your ticket was free, you may give it to someone else at no cost, but you cannot sell it. This restriction applies to transfers by pass holders and is part of your agreement when you accept the Bravo Pass benefits.

Tickets acquired through this program will still be bound by WHBPAC’s ticket terms.
