Individual Seats: Each seat is at least 6 feet away from the next seat in the row, with 10 feet between rows.  On the Lawn, each seat will be marked – please stay on your mark unless you are coming with someone from the same household (in which case, please stay between your marks).   Chairs are not provided – please bring your favorite lawn chair or picnic blanket.

Events on August 13

Pods: Each pod is at least 6 feet away from the next, with most pods 10 feet away.  Pods come with admission for up to four people who are from the same household or who by NYS current guidelines are allowed to mingle without social distancing.  Depending upon which priced pod you purchase, seating types will vary and may or may not be provided.

Important Things To Know

Tickets come with a timed entry, as well as a point of entry preassigned by event staff.  Time and place of entry will be confirmed via email to all patrons 72 hours before the event.

There will be no paper tickets.  Instead, wristbands specific to each show will be given to patrons once they have been checked themselves in. The check-in process will require patrons to show proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test (PCR within 72 hours or rapid test within 6) OR their completion of an FDA approved vaccine, dated two weeks or more prior to the show date.  Wristbands will be distributed only on the day of show at the Box Office up until 4pm; after 5pm, wristbands will be distributed on site at point of entry.  Do not lose it– we will not replace lost wristbands!

Patrons will need to show proof of full vaccination dated two weeks prior to the event OR get tested 72 hours or less before the show time they hold tickets for.  Patrons who test positive or who are otherwise told to quarantine by New York State will be refunded.

Patrons who are purchasing tickets for other people should provide the WHBPAC with everyone’s names and email addresses.

New York State mandates that all patrons attending a ticketed event must fill out a health screening.  Please fill this out on the day of your scheduled event – failure to complete a screening will mean that you cannot attend the event.  Everybody entering the theatre must have filled out this screening – if you are accompanying a minor, please fill it out on their behalf.  As part of this screening, your temperature will be taken when you collect your wristband.

WHBPAC will absolutely NOT be switching people’s seating assignments once at the Great Lawn.  If who you sit near is important to you, please coordinate purchases or contact the Box Office well in advance.

Regardless of testing and vaccination status, masks must be worn upon entering the grounds and seating areas, and while you are not actively eating or drinking.  Non-compliance of mask rules will result in ejection from the premises without refund.

Smoking/vaping is not allowed on premises. 

Find a Test Site

Not vaccinated by July 9th/30th? You can find a test site at the New York Forward website. Please be aware that different sites have different turnaround times – make sure to schedule your appointment so that you get your results in time and that your PCR test is taken within 72 hours of the event or your rapid test within 6 hours!

Limited on-site parking is available for sponsors, package holders, and those who hold a valid handicapped placard only, and is pre-assigned by event staff.  Please call the Box Office or tell us when you buy the tickets if you require handicapped parking. Those patrons without a pre-assigned parking spot will need to find public parking within the village and adhere to all local and state rules while walking from their parking spot to the Great Lawn.


Buy before public sale!  Purchase a package for all three August shows, and get on-site parking, premium entry times, and the chance to choose your seating/pod locations before tickets go on sale to the public.  Packages are limited in quantity and include one pod to Beachstock, four individual tickets to Max Weinberg’s Jukebox, and four individual tickets to Jefferson Starship.  On-site parking is for one car only and won’t be available for purchase outside of the package.  Premium entry timing is for your entire party arriving simultaneously – choose when you’d like to enter the concert grounds!
