- Our lounge is open for your convenience one hour prior to show time on most Main Stage performances.
- Doors for most performances open half an hour prior to show time.
- Our theatre is handicapped accessible. All seats on the ground floor (single letters) are reachable without having to step up or down.
- Patrons who have trouble with stairs should not select seats in the balcony (double letters), as there are stairs without railings leading down to the front of the balcony.
- An accessible bathroom is located on the ground floor behind the bar. Our volunteers are always happy to guide you to it.
- Hearing amplification devices are available upon request at the Box Office. Patrons checking out a device must leave a license with the Box Office, to be returned at the end of the night when the device is returned in the same condition it was checked out in.
- All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age.
- No one under the age of 6 will be admitted to our Main Stage Performances.
Seating
Our theater is accessible. Wheelchair seating is available for all performances on a limited basis. Seats must be purchased in advance and are available for purchase in person, over the phone or online. Wheelchair accessible seating is indicated by the wheelchair symbol on the chart. For companion seating or to arrange accessible accommodations other than wheelchair spaces, please call the Box Office. Tickets indicated on the chart as wheelchair accessible seating are spaces for wheelchairs to maneuver into – if you purchase one of these tickets online, please do not expect to see seats when you arrive at the theatre!
Double letters indicate balcony seating. Balcony seats are not accessible to people who have trouble with stairs, as there are steps without railings going down to the front of the balcony. If you have purchased balcony seats but have trouble with stairs, please call the Box Office to discuss whether you can be reseated downstairs.
Ticket Terms
(Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center – WHBPAC)
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be brought in Suffolk County, NY.
1. Nature of Ticket
Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the event displayed on the ticket. WHBPAC reserves the right to revoke the license, refuse admission, or eject any patron without refund or limitation for
- heckling the artist;
- harassing, threatening or screaming at staff, volunteers or other patrons;
- appearing under the influence; or
- engaging in any behavior that, in the sole judgment of WHBPAC staff, disrupts the performance or diminishes the experience of other patrons.
We reserve the right to deny admittance to any patron appearing under the influence.
Management’s decision is final.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and are not exchangeable for another show.
In the event a performance or screening is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will be made available. In such cases, refunds will be made only to the original purchaser through the original payment method (or via check if originally paid with cash). Patrons will be contacted if an event is canceled and asked to confirm their payment details or mailing address before a refund is issued to avoid any problems.
No refunds will be given for missed performances, inability to attend, personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or weather-related issues unless required by law.
Please check your cart before purchase, or your tickets/confirmation before leaving the Box Office, for any errors. Once the purchase has been completed (deemed as a credit card being charged or cash tendered), it cannot be undone.
3. Donations & Transfers
Tickets may be donated back to WHBPAC – prior to the event – and may act as a tax-deductible contribution. The deductible amount is limited to the ticket’s face value if resold, less any tangible benefits received. To donate your tickets, please stop by the Box Office or call (631) 288-1500.
The Box Office can also help you transfer tickets to someone else. Please come in or call (631)288-1500 with the name of the person who will be using the tickets. Please note: E-Tickets cannot be sent out to any email address save the one used for the order originally. To transfer E-Tickets, the Box Office will print physical tickets to hold at Will Call under the new person’s name.
A. Bravo Pass
Bravo Pass tickets may be transferred to another person in accordance with New York State law. However, tickets obtained through this program may not be resold for more than their original purchase price. If your ticket was free, you may give it to someone else at no cost, but you cannot sell it. This restriction applies to transfers by pass‐holders and is part of your agreement when you accept the pass benefits.
4. Pricing & Upgrades
Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
Pricing is generally based on the cost to present the show; however, specials may be offered at the discretion of the artist or their agents. WHBPAC does not issue refunds for price differences if specials occur after purchase.
Upgrades may be available for a fee. Patrons must pay the price difference when upgrading. No downgrades are permitted.
5. Authorized Sales
Tickets purchased from third-party resellers are not authorized and can not be guaranteed authentic.
WHBPAC does not partner with ticket brokers or resale websites. Purchases through such channels are at your own risk. The only official sales channels for WHBPAC presented events are through our website at https://secure.whbpac.org, our phone associates at 631-288-1500, or our Box Office at 76 Main Street, Westhampton Beach, NY.
By purchasing from an unauthorized reseller, you may pay more than face value, receive incorrect event information, or hold invalid tickets. WHBPAC cannot assist with tickets not purchased directly through WHBPAC sales channels. This includes assistance for lost, modified, or fraudulent tickets, event changes, refunds, or upgrades.
6. Ticket Validity
All tickets will display the order number, the purchaser’s name, the face value of the ticket, the date and time of the show, and the seat number (if the show is a reserved seat performance).
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time printed.
WHBPAC reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron presenting a ticket that appears altered, duplicated, or obtained fraudulently.
7. Event Changes & Force Majeure
All Artists, programs and dates subject to change.
WHBPAC is not responsible for events canceled or delayed due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather, acts of God, labor disputes, or governmental orders.
8. Attendance & Seating
WHBPAC makes every effort to begin performances promptly. Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and may be placed in alternate seats to avoid disruption. Seating may occur at a pause in the program (e.g., between songs or scenes).
MainStage performances are restricted to ages 6 and older, unless otherwise specified. Arts Academy productions are appropriate for ages 3 and older. Management reserves the right to refuse admission if a child does not meet the stated age requirement.
9. Health, Safety, & Security
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with any health or safety procedures in effect at the time of your event.
Patrons must pass through metal detectors before entering the building, and may be subject to other security measures such as bag checks or secondary screenings, as required by the WHBPAC and the performer.
Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, knives, or explosives, are strictly prohibited on WHBPAC premises.
The only exceptions are:
- Current, active duty sworn New York State law enforcement officers, who may enter with a firearm if they present valid, current police identification upon request.
- On-duty law enforcement officers officially assigned to the event or venue.
- Authorized WHBPAC security personnel while performing their duties.
WHBPAC reserves the right to deny entry to any individual claiming law enforcement status if occupation cannot be confirmed, or if the individual appears under the influence, is exhibiting improper behavior, or otherwise poses a risk to safety.
Illegal weapons of any kind are prohibited without exception. Any violation may result in denial of entry, immediate ejection without refund, and referral to law enforcement.
The use of recording or photographic equipment is strictly prohibited.
10. Prohibited Items
No food is permitted in the auditorium. Bottled water and beverages purchased in lidded cups from WHBPAC’s bar are permitted in the auditorium.
Professional equipment (including cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, lighting, or audio/video recorders) is strictly prohibited at all WHBPAC events.
Amateur devices (including cell phones, point-and-shoot cameras, and small recording devices) may be restricted at the request of artists or for certain performances (including but not limited to most comedy shows). Notices will be posted within the venue or announced during the pre-show announcements when such restrictions are in effect.
The use of any recording device during a performance without authorization is strictly prohibited. Patrons using unauthorized devices may be required to turn them off, may have recordings deleted, and are subject to ejection without refund.
11. Filming & Media Consent
WHBPAC reserves the right to film at all WHBPAC events, including audiences. Your entry onto the premises or attendance at an event constitutes your understanding that photographs and video may be taken and you grant your consent and permission to WHBPAC to use any photos or video that may contain your image in all types of promotions and all forms of media in perpetuity, worldwide, without compensation.
12. Ticket Delivery
The default ticket delivery via online sales is E-Tickets, sent to your email 8 hours before showtime and viewable in your patron account at secure.whbpac.org/account/upcomingevents. You can change your ticket delivery method before purchasing online, or request the Box Office to do so for you after. Physically mailing tickets may incur an additional charge.
13. Non-Profit Status
WHBPAC is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. Donations are tax-deductible as defined by law. Tangible benefits received are deducted from the tax-deductible amount as specified by the Internal Revenue Service. Please contact your financial advisor to determine the value of your tax deduction.
