Box Office Information for Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center
Tickets may be purchased at the Theatre, 76 Main Street, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. They may also be purchased online or by calling the Box Office at (631) 288-1500. Please note there is a per ticket Preservation Fee (not waivable) as well as a per ticket convenience fee on most shows and films that covers administrative costs such as ticketing software, access control scanners and accessories, ticket printers, and ticket stock. For those patrons paying in cash at the Box Office, we can offer a discount on the administrative fee.
Tickets purchased from third-party resellers are not authorized and can not be guaranteed authentic.
Tickets to all performances at WHBPAC are available exclusively from the theater’s own Box Office and Web Site.
By purchasing from an unauthorized reseller:
- you may pay over the face value of the ticket.
- you may not get correct information about the show. WHBPAC is not responsible for claims made by third parties about event information, ticket location, etc.
- WHBPAC cannot help you with your order, including but not limited to lost or misplaced tickets, changes in event date or time, refunds, or upgrades.
All tickets will display the order number (beginning with PR), the purchaser’s name, the face value of the ticket, the date and time of the show, and the seat number if the show is a reserved seat performance. Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time written on them. Any removal of information or other modifications to e-tickets or physical tickets will render the said ticket void.

General Information
- All Artists, programs and dates subject to change.
- There are no refunds on tickets or exchanges from one show to another.
- Our lounge is open for your convenience one hour prior to show time most show nights.
- Doors for most performances open half an hour prior to show time.
- Our theatre is handicapped accessible. All seats on the ground floor are reachable without having to step up or down.
- Patrons who have trouble with stairs should not select seats in the balcony, as there are stairs without railings leading down to the front of the balcony.
- An accessible bathroom is located on the ground floor behind the bar. Our volunteers are always happy to guide you to it.
- Hearing amplification devices are available upon request at the Box Office. Patrons checking out a device must leave a license with the Box Office, to be returned at the end of the night when the device is returned in the same condition it was checked out in.
- All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age.
- No one under the age of 6 will be admitted to our Main Stage Performances.
- All tickets are subject to a Preservation Fund Fee. This fee helps us preserve and maintain our historic building, which turns 90 in 2023!
Seating
You get the very best seats available! Due to heavy demand for tickets and various technical requirements, certain seats are not always available. We are committed to providing you with the very best seats available at the time of your purchase.

Our theater is accessible. Wheelchair seating is available for all performances on a limited basis. Seats must be purchased in advance and are available for purchase in person, over the phone or online. Wheelchair accessible seating is indicated by the wheelchair symbol on the chart. For companion seating or to arrange accessible accommodations other than wheelchair spaces, please call the Box Office. Tickets indicated on the chart as wheelchair accessible seating are spaces for wheelchairs to maneuver into – if you purchase one of these tickets online, please do not expect to see seats when you arrive at the theatre!
Group Sales
For purchases of 20 or more tickets, a group may receive a 10% discount. Whether or not we can discount will depend upon our contract with the performer. Policies and Terms
Refunds/Exchanges
All tickets are non-refundable and are not exchangeable for another show, except for canceled events that are not rescheduled. Please check your tickets and e-tickets carefully when you receive them. On sold out shows, tickets may be donated to the Box Office – prior to the event – as a tax-deductible contribution. To donate your tickets or to give them to a friend, please stop by the Box Office or call (631) 288-1500.
Theatre Etiquette
- Doors open for seating 30 minutes before the performance.
- No food is permitted in the auditorium. Bottled water and beverages purchased in lidded cups from WHBPAC’s bar are permitted in the auditorium.
- The use of recording or photographic equipment is strictly prohibited.
- Some Artists may require bag checks and other security measures before patrons may enter the building.
- Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
- No one under the age of 6 will be admitted to our Main Stage performances.
- Regardless of age everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket.
- We reserve the right to deny admittance to any patron appearing under the influence.
- We reserve the right to eject any patron heckling the artist, harassing or threatening staff/volunteers, or otherwise creating a disturbance. Bad behavior will not be tolerated.
Your Privacy
The Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center respects the privacy and confidentiality of our customers and donors. We do not rent, sell, trade or exchange our mailing lists or databases. When purchasing tickets, your name, address and phone number are required so that you can be contacted about your order, or if an event is cancelled or postponed. Your name and address are added to the theater’s mailing list to ensure that you are notified of future performances and events, and other pertinent information about the theater.
Directions
Directions from West via LIE (Route 495):
- Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 70 (South).
- Go three miles to end of road and turn left onto Sunrise Highway (Route 27, East).
- Go to next exit (Exit 63 South, Westhampton Beach).
- Go South 3+ miles on Route 31 (Old Riverhead Road) crossing Montauk Highway, passing through the round-about continuing south on Potunk Lane to St. Mark’s Church visible on the left.
- Pass through the roundabout and take the second exit out of it. This is the start of Main Street, Westhampton Beach.
- Go East through the Village one block. The theatre is on the left. Note the marquee.
Directions from East via Route 27 (Sunrise Highway):
- Take Sunrise (Route 27) West till Exit 63 South, Westhampton Beach.

Parking
We recommend that you arrive at least one-half hour prior to curtain time for the best parking, especially during July and August. Municipal parking is available in several lots throughout the village. There is also ample on-street parking. Westhampton Beach does not have metered parking.
Box Office FAQs
Q: How many seats are in the theatre?
A: Our intimate venue has 425 seats. All seats offer a full view of the stage. We have 294 seats downstairs in the orchestra and 131 seats upstairs in the balcony.
Q: Can I come in to see the inside of the theatre and seat locations?
A: We would be happy to show you our theatre during Box Office hours as long as there is not a scheduled event.
Q: What do I do if I have lost my tickets?
A: If you have misplaced your tickets please call the Box Office at (631)288-1500. We will re-issue your tickets with a new barcode. The ticket purchaser must show a photo ID in person at the Box Office to pick up the new tickets.
Q: What if I have purchased tickets but can no longer attend?
A: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If it is a sold out performance and you would like to donate your tickets back to the theatre, we will issue you a tax credit letter stating you made a donation for the face value of the tickets if we are able to resell them. If you are giving your tickets to a friend, please call the Box Office and arrange for their name to be on the tickets in order to ensure that they have no trouble when they arrive.
Q: Will we still be admitted if we arrive after the show has begun?
A: Yes. However, late seating is at the discretion of our House Manager and if your seats are difficult to get to without creating a disturbance, you may be seated elsewhere/have to wait between songs. For your enjoyment and that of your fellow patrons please plan on arriving on time.
Q: Can we take photographs or make audio recordings?
A: No video or recording equipment is allowed. Any person found in possession of such equipment will be excluded from the venue and all film and tape will be confiscated.
Q: Can you pass a note or gift on to a performer?
A: No, we can not accept anything on behalf of a performer.
Q: Does the theatre serve food and beverages?
A: Our Bar and Lounge opens 1 hour prior to show time. We serve water, soft drinks, beer and wine. Bottled water and beverages purchased only in lidded cups from WHBPAC’s bar are permitted in the auditorium.
Q: What time do the doors open?
A: The auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to show time for seating. The Bar and Lounge area are open 1 hour prior to Mainstage performances.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: The theatre does not enforce a dress code.

Q: When is the Gallery Lounge open?
A: We would be pleased to show you into our Gallery Lounge during Box Office hours.
Q: How do you determine ticket prices?
A: Ticket sales cover only 50% of WHBPAC operating costs for the year and prices vary according to artist fees. We must raise approximately 1.5 million dollars each year to keep the theatre running. Q: Who can I talk to about booking a group at the theatre?

Q: What are the stones out front?
